Once you have landed, the chauffeur confirms the exact pickup point by text. At DCA, IAD and BWI, chauffeured vehicles meet passengers at designated commercial areas rather than the general curb, and the chauffeur will guide you to it. If you prefer to be met inside the terminal, request meet-and-greet when you book. A grace period after landing is included with every airport pickup.
