Placing a request
Requests may be placed through the website, by email or by phone. Each request should include the service type, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, any flight details and any special requirements such as child seats or meet-and-greet.
Pending and confirmed status
A request is pending until Quiet Black Limousine reviews it and sends a written confirmation with a reference number. We aim to respond within 24 hours during business hours. Until you receive confirmation, no vehicle is reserved and no charge is made. If we cannot accommodate a request, we will tell you promptly.
Advance notice
Online requests must be made at least 3 hours before pickup, and we recommend several days' notice for weddings, events and multi-vehicle bookings. Requests with less notice are welcome and are handled subject to availability.
Accuracy of information
Please check the details in your confirmation. Charges are based on the trip as confirmed; differences on the day, such as an additional passenger, extra luggage or a changed address, may affect the final total or the suitability of the vehicle.
Pickup timing
Your chauffeur will arrive at or shortly before the confirmed pickup time. A complimentary waiting period of 15 minutes is included for standard pickups; for airport arrivals waiting is measured from the actual landing time, after which waiting time applies as described on the Rates page.
Changes
Changes to a confirmed booking should be requested by email or phone with your reference number. We will confirm any change in writing. Changes made close to the pickup time may not be possible or may affect the price.
No-shows
If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes after the complimentary waiting period has ended, the trip may be treated as a no-show and charged according to the Cancellation Policy.
Passengers and capacity
Passengers must not exceed the seating capacity of the vehicle, and every passenger must use a seat belt. Children must be secured in appropriate seats as required by law.
