Agreement
These terms apply to every request, quote and booking made with Quiet Black Limousine Services CF LLC ("Quiet Black Limousine"). By submitting a request or traveling with us, you agree to these terms and to the policies referenced below, which form part of this agreement.
Requests, quotes and confirmation
A request submitted through our website is not a booking. Every request is reviewed by our team and remains pending until we confirm it in writing. Estimates shown online are based on published rates and are indicative; the confirmed price is stated in your confirmation. Individually quoted services are valid for 7 days from the date of the quote.
Pricing
Confirmed prices cover the trip as described. Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the included grace period, extra stops, tolls, parking, airport fees, cleaning and damage, and changes to the itinerary, as described on the Rates page. Gratuity is 20% of the base fare unless your confirmation states otherwise.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in your confirmation. We accept major credit and debit cards, and invoicing for approved corporate accounts. Payment is due when the trip is confirmed or, for events, before the day of service. A card may be held to secure a booking and charged for the final total after the trip. Deposits for individually quoted services are refundable only as stated in the quote.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, changes and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
Vehicles
We will provide the vehicle confirmed in your booking. Where that vehicle is unavailable, our Vehicle Substitution Policy applies.
Conduct
Passengers agree to our Passenger Conduct Policy and Cleaning & Damage Policy. The chauffeur may decline or end a trip where safety or conduct requires it.
Liability
We take reasonable care to provide transportation on time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, flight changes or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the trip, to the extent permitted by law. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; please check the vehicle before leaving.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of the District of Columbia.
