Standard trips

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are accepted without charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are subject to a fee of 50% of the confirmed price.
No-shows are charged at 100% of the confirmed price.

Airport pickups

Flight cancellations and significant delays announced by the airline are accommodated where possible. Please notify us as soon as you know; we will rebook the pickup at no charge subject to availability. If you do not travel and do not tell us, the trip is treated as a no-show.

Hourly, event and wedding bookings

Because these bookings reserve a vehicle and chauffeur for an extended period, longer notice is required. The notice period and any deposit terms for these bookings are stated in your written quote; where the quote is silent, the standard notice of 24 hours and the fee of 50% apply.

Multi-vehicle and custom itineraries

Individually quoted arrangements carry the cancellation terms stated in the quote.

No-shows

A no-show occurs when the passenger cannot be reached within 15 minutes after the complimentary waiting period has ended, or when the passenger declines the trip on arrival. No-shows are charged at 100% of the confirmed price plus any waiting time incurred.

Changes

Changes to time, addresses or vehicle are accommodated where possible. A change that materially alters the trip may be treated as a cancellation and a new booking.

Cancellations by Quiet Black Limousine

In the rare event that we must cancel, for example because of severe weather or a vehicle failure without a suitable substitute, we will notify you as early as possible and refund any amounts paid in full. We are not liable for other costs arising from the cancellation.

Cancel by email or phone using the details on the Contact page and quote your booking reference. A cancellation is effective when we confirm it in writing. This policy is effective as of the last-updated date shown at the top of this page.
