Concert nights in the region are spread across very different venues: the arenas downtown, the amphitheaters in Maryland and Virginia, the theaters and clubs on U Street, in Silver Spring and along the Wharf. Each has its own approach to traffic, parking and the crowd that leaves all at once when the encore ends. A chauffeured car removes that part of the evening entirely.
Your chauffeur collects you at home, at a restaurant or at your hotel, follows the most sensible approach to the venue for that hour and drops you as close to the entrance as the venue's rules allow. After the show, the car is waiting at an agreed point a short walk from the crowd, so you are moving while the parking garages are still queuing.
Large shows often bring road closures and staged exits; we plan the pickup point with those in mind and confirm it with you by text before the show ends. If the group would like to stay out afterward, hourly service keeps the car with you for the rest of the night.

Seating varies by vehicle. Each vehicle page lists the number of passengers it carries comfortably, along with luggage capacity. As a general guide, the Cadillac Escalade IQL is the choice for groups and families, while the Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti suits one to a few passengers. When you enter the number of passengers in your request, only suitable vehicles are offered. If your group is larger than a single vehicle allows, contact us about coordinating more than one car.
Each vehicle page lists a luggage figure based on standard checked suitcases. Carry-on bags and soft items take less space, while golf bags, strollers, skis and oversized cases take more. When you tell us the number of bags in your request, we match the vehicle accordingly. If you are traveling with unusual items, mention them in the notes so we can confirm they fit before the day. Passengers and luggage share the cabin, so a full car with full bags may call for a larger vehicle.
Child seats can be requested when you book. Please tell us the age and approximate weight of each child so we can provide a suitable seat, and note that a fee may apply as listed on the Rates page. Parents are welcome to bring their own seat; the chauffeur will help with installation, but the parent remains responsible for fitting it correctly. Children must be secured according to the law in the state where the trip takes place.
