Our standard

Every vehicle is cleaned and inspected before each trip. Guests should expect an immaculate cabin, and we ask that it be left in a condition that allows the next guest the same experience.

Ordinary use

Normal wear from ordinary use is expected and carries no charge: light dust, footprints, a water bottle left behind, a wrinkle in the seat.

Cleaning fee

A cleaning fee of $150 applies where the cabin requires cleaning beyond what a normal turnaround allows. Examples include:

  • Spilled food or drink that stains or leaves residue
  • Illness in the vehicle
  • Mud, sand or debris tracked through the cabin in quantity
  • Smoke or vape odor
  • Pet hair or soiling where a pet was not agreed in advance

Damage

Passengers are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or their guests beyond ordinary wear, including tears, burns, scratches, broken fittings and damage to electronics. Repair costs are charged at the actual cost of repair, and where the vehicle is out of service for repair we may also charge the documented loss of use for each day it is unavailable.

Assessment

The chauffeur will document the condition of the cabin with photographs before and after the trip when a concern arises. We will notify the person who made the booking within 24 hours, share the documentation and explain the charge before it is applied.

Payment

Cleaning and damage charges are billed to the payment method on file for the booking, or invoiced where an account applies, and are due within 14 days of the invoice.

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 14 days of notification using the details on the Contact page. We will review the documentation with you and respond in writing.

Pets

Small pets are welcome by prior agreement, in a carrier or on a protective cover supplied by the passenger. Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to this requirement. This policy is effective as of the last-updated date shown at the top of this page.
